Going to or returning from PortMiami? Request a ground transfer built around your ship, terminal, group, luggage, and actual pickup or drop-off address.

PortMiami serves multiple cruise terminals. Your terminal and ship should come from your cruise documents; a generic port address is not enough to plan a precise transfer.

For embarkation, share your boarding window and where the land trip begins. For disembarkation, provide your ship, expected arrival, passenger and bag counts, and the next destination. Departure from the vessel can vary, so timing is reviewed rather than guaranteed.

Comfort or Executive may be requested for smaller parties. Protect and Convoy require a separate quote and coordination; all levels remain subject to itinerary and availability review.

Before you board

Include your sailing date, ship name, terminal if known, preferred arrival window, exact pickup address, and the number of travelers and bags.

After disembarkation

Tell us where you are going next—hotel, airport, or another address—and include flight details when the onward journey is by air. Do not assume a fixed curbside pickup time until the plan is reviewed.
